August First Fridays Can Release! Left Brain & Right Brain

FIRST FRIDAYS continues with the following releases at Manor Hill Brewing…

In the American Craft Brewing scene, there are two very different regional mindsets as it relates to brewing an IPA.  Like we did in October of last year, we are exploring these two very different worlds. These 2018 versions feature new recipes that will dive deeper into what makes each region’s signature brewing style so delicious.

RIGHT BRAIN (2018)
Imperial IPA, 8% ABV
For our 2018 version of the popular New England Style IPA, we took a dive into this styles fruit forward characteristics by adding more fruit! This DIPA is generously hopped with Ekuanot, Citra and Mosaic for bold tropical fruit aromatics. We then conditioned the beer on copious amounts of Tangerine. It pours a hazy orange color with a big white head. The mouthfeel appears quite soft with lots of complex fruit flavors and a slightly sweet finish to follow.

LEFT BRAIN (2018)
Imperial IPA, 8% ABV

For our 2018 version of a West Coast IPA, we went bigger with the dank, resinous aromatics that are so appealing in this style. It pours a vibrant clear amber color crowned by a pillow of white head. Dosed with a hop blend of Azacca, Cascade, Falconer’s Flight and Nugget. This one does not skimp on the bold pine, citrus and resin flavors followed by a slightly bitter backbone.

Reservations to the Taproom are not required for to-go only sales, but you should make one if you plan to hang out and/or sample.
