BROTHERS DON’T SHAKE HANDS
Imperial IPA, 8%

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at 3 Stars Brewing, this New England-Style DIPA was inspired by their flagship Ghost IPA.  A heavy flaked wheat malt base provides a very soft and approachable mouthfeel.  We hopped this one with copious amounts of Amarillo, Columbus, Simcoe and Citra resulting in bold aromatics and flavors of grapefruit zest, ripe peach, and pineapple.

CROOKED BEAK
India Pale Ale, 7.7% ABV

Named after our favorite rooster on the farm, this East Coast IPA is one of our favorite recipes.  It was hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria.  A hazy golden body is crowned by a big white head.  Aromas of mango, tangerine and berries come through on the nose.  The flavor profile displays some citrus fruit character with a very low bitterness and a soft mouthfeel.

$16/4-pack, $75/case. 16 oz cans. No Limits. Mixed cases permitted.
Reservations to the Taproom are not required for to-go only sales, but you should make one if you plan to hang out and/or sample.
