(second friday) Release of Echoes of Sanctity

December 12, 2025 @ 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

This release, originally scheduled for 12/5/2025 is now being released on 12/12/2025 due to issues outside our control.  Beer is a brewed using a living organism that sometimes behaves in unpredictable ways.  In our relentless effort to ensure that we only release the highest quality of products, we are delaying this beer to allow for it to reach the standards you expect from Manor Hill.  Rest assured that the final product will be worth the wait and as delicious as we intended.

(Re)introducing Echoes of Sanctity!  This Belgian Dubbel will be available in cans and on draught all weekend long!

Historically brewed by in the monasteries of Belgium, the Dubbel is a time-honored, traditional malt-forward Belgian Ale. A foundation of Pilsner malt layered with rich caramel malts evokes aromas of ripe raisins, dark toffee, clove, nutmeg, and dried cherries. The addition of Belgian candi sugar deepens the complexity, lending a touch of sweetness to a smooth, medium-bodied ale that finishes clean and balanced.

The Farm & Taproom will have 13 farm-brewed beers (+ our hard seltzer) on draught and multiple options in cans available to go.  All seating on the Farm is first come, first served.  We have indoor seating, a large covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out. There are several picnic tables in our field, but we also encourage you to bring your own chairs or even a portable (10×10) pop-up tent for shade and find your new favorite spot with friends. (if you bring a tent, don’t forget the weights/stakes).

Our Farm Stand (conveniently located behind the bar) is constantly evolving and is sure to have some locally produced items for sale, including staples like Manor Hill Farm Pickles, Relish, Jellies and more.

Manor Hill Pizza Trolley will be open with brick-oven Neapolitan pizzas, salads, snacks, novelty ice creams, and more!
(please note the Pizza Trolley may close one hour before farm closes.)

INFO ON VISITING THE FARM

While visiting the farm, be sure to check out our agriculture in action.  Our award-winning beers may be our most well-known agricultural product, but our 54-acre working farm has so much more to offer.  In fact, the majority of our land is used for agriculture… so you can’t miss it no matter where you are on the farm!

As you enter the farm, on the right side of the driveway, you will see 14 acres of non-GMO corn. Every single beer brewed at Manor Hill uses this corn in its recipe.  On the left side of the driveway as you enter you will see our 12-acre cow pasture where we host about 20-25 Black Angus Cattle on the farm from Spring to Fall (there is an additional cattle pasture behind the residence).  Directly behind our Taproom, we have a coop approximately 30 egg-laying hens.  Next to our chicken coop is our goat enclosure featuring Mary and Gilbert, a mother and son set of Pygmy Goats.  Last, but certainly not least, is our array of gardens on the farm that produce various vegetables, fruits, and herbs used in our beer, Trolley pizza, and at our restaurants.  Informational signs on the property as well as our staff can answer any questions you have during your visit.
