A blonde farmhouse ale rested for six months in French oak with blackberries, creating a layered expression that bridges beer and red wine. Pouring a reddish purple hue, it offers notes of blackberry jam, ripe plum, and nectarine with a subtle sangria-like character and hint of vanilla. Medium bodied with a dry finish, it is wonderfully complex yet easy to enjoy.

A blonde farmhouse ale spent six months in Sauternes barrels with Traminer Riesling, resulting in notes of white grape, apricot, and melon, layered with soft florals and a touch of oak dryness. A hint of sweetness and light acidity keep it balanced, finishing crisp and dry. It drinks with the elegance of a white wine while staying grounded in farmhouse tradition.

Welcome to the world of bright, citrus and tropical fruit forward IPA’s. This divinely hoppy brew will clock in at 83 IBUs and will pour a hazy golden color with a big white head. Aromas of lemon peel, tangerine, and passion fruit come through on the nose with some dank undertones. The flavor profile begins with an intense hop bitterness that is complimented by slightly sweet, caramel malt in the finish.

This is a traditional Belgian-style Witbier with peach. We get aromas of fresh peaches giving way to Belgian yeast-derived aromas of banana and clove. A healthy portion of white and torrified wheat malts are utilized to provide a smooth and inviting mouthfeel.

For this traditional take on a classic style, we harnessed our German roots. This Vienna lager pours amber in color with a fluffy white head. It offers rich and bready maltiness and a hint of toast... all balanced by restrained and deliberate noble hop additions. This clean, crisp and very tasty lager is ideal for enjoying on an equally beautiful late summer or fall day. Prost!

Hillside represents years of tireless R&D from our brew team to bring you the ultimate Manor Hill Hazy! This new England-style IPA pours a hazy pale orange with stiff off-white foam. Motueka, Cashmere, and El Dorado hops bring notes of lime and orange creamsicle, pineapple, and mango. This balanced and incredibly drinkable brew finishes soft and luscious with low bitterness.

This aroma forward IPA showcases the versatile Mosaic hop. Tropical fruit, berry and citrus aromas completely dominate the nose. Simcoe and Mandarina Bavaria hops combine to round out the hop bill and display a firm hoppy backbone that is accompanied by Vienna, Flaked Oats and Pale malts for balance. A heavy dose of Mosaic in the dry hopping provides you with a juicy hop punch that finishes slightly dry.

Named for the idyllic sunrises that greet us on the farm and brewed with medium roast Costa Rican coffee beans, this jet-black stout is crowned with a creamy tan foam. Bursting with aromas of bold black coffee, rich dark and milk chocolates, roasted malts, and a gentle touch of vanilla, it delivers a balanced bitterness that’s smooth and satisfying.

This was created to bring the world of English Mild Ales together with American Ambers. We use 9 different types of malt together to provide you with a unique experience while still maintaining a nice balance of flavors. Aromas of caramel malt complexity and light berries come through on the nose. The flavor profile is incredibly smooth, with more caramel, along with a touch of biscuit followed by a clean finish.

Our take on a Munich Dunkel Lager naturally uses a grist of nearly 100% German dark Munich malt, with a dash of chocolate malt. The result is a deep amber colored dark lager exhibiting aromas of toasted breads and roasted plums, layered with subtle notes of chocolate and toffee. Using traditional German hops that bring just enough bitterness for balance, while maintaining a barely dry, crisp finish. PROST!!

Aged four years in French oak red wine barrels, this beer leans firmly into bright, mouthwatering sourness. Notes of floral spice, white pepper, rose hips, and oak carry through a dry, spritzy body, finishing crisp with just a faint hint of sweetness . Boldly tart, refreshing, and entirely driven by nature’s hand.

Our take on a classic German Pilsner was created using corn grown on our very own farm. Leaf Saaz, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Triple Pearl hops provide a distinct German grassiness that is followed by a touch of grain, citrus and a clean finish.

Our pumpkin ale is a sure winner, pouring bright amber with an off-white head. Initial aromas bring a cornucopia of pumpkin pie spices... you know the ones... cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and clove. These spices are balanced with low bitterness, and slight malty sweetness. While a beer like this only comes once a year, you’ll wish it was year-round!
