To be or not to be? When a true-to-style blonde saison aged in Weller Bourbon (ex-Cabernet) barrels, the answer is a “aye”! This noble potion has notes of sweet honey and honeysuckle entwine with wildflowers, golden raisins, and apples. The bourbon-soaked barrels lend their gifts of caramel, cinnamon, clove, and oak, adding richness to this tapestry of flavors.

Welcome to the world of bright, citrus and tropical fruit forward IPA’s. This divinely hoppy brew will clock in at 83 IBUs and will pour a hazy golden color with a big white head. Aromas of lemon peel, tangerine, and passion fruit come through on the nose with some dank undertones. The flavor profile begins with an intense hop bitterness that is complimented by slightly sweet, caramel malt in the finish.

The second act of this two-part release beckons us to a darker realm. Enter the Dark Saison, also aged in Weller Bourbon (ex-Cabernet) barrels. Complex notes unfold — raisins and cranberries, brown sugar and cinnamon, toffee and whiskey — all dancing harmoniously upon the palate. Candied dates and chocolate intermingle, with the oak imparting a lingering warmth.

What do we have here? After resting in French oak wine barrels for 15 months, we conditioned this already complex wild ale with orange blossom honey to produce a soft carbonation and enhance the flavor profile. The result is a moderately tart sour boasting floral aromas, farmhouse funk, citrus notes, hints of pineapple and stone fruit, and the slightest touch of honey.

This is a traditional Belgian-style Witbier with peach. We get aromas of fresh peaches giving way to Belgian yeast-derived aromas of banana and clove. A healthy portion of white and torrified wheat malts are utilized to provide a smooth and inviting mouthfeel.

This Saison was aged in gin barrels, then finished with the same botanicals as the McClintock Collaboration Farmhouse Gin. The result is complex and bright, bursting with notes of orange, cardamom, lime, juniper berries, Belgian yeast esters, hints of vanilla and oak tannins from the combination of barrels and botanicals.

Our take on this classic Belgian farmhouse ale is incredibly light and sessionable with subtle hop flavor. A fluffy white head crowns this straw colored brew. Aromas of tropical fruit and lemongrass come through on the nose. Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc hops combine to provide lots of juicy citrus fruit followed by a very dry finish.

This tart blonde ale is brewed with tangerine bringing aromas of fresh cut citrus. It will pour a slightly hazy pale orange crowned by a pillowy white head. The tartness is balanced nicely by sweet citrus fruit flavors and a crisp, refreshing finish. It is best enjoyed directly out of a can among friends and sunshine!

Hillside represents years of tireless R&D from our brew team to bring you the ultimate Manor Hill Hazy! This new England-style IPA pours a hazy pale orange with stiff off-white foam. Motueka, Cashmere, and El Dorado hops bring notes of lime and orange creamsicle, pineapple, and mango. This balanced and incredibly drinkable brew finishes soft and luscious with low bitterness.

This aroma forward IPA showcases the versatile Mosaic hop. Tropical fruit, berry and citrus aromas completely dominate the nose. Simcoe and Mandarina Bavaria hops combine to round out the hop bill and display a firm hoppy backbone that is accompanied by Vienna, Flaked Oats and Pale malts for balance. A heavy dose of Mosaic in the dry hopping provides you with a juicy hop punch that finishes slightly dry.

Inspired by a margarita, but very much still a beer, this Mexican-style lager features Limes and Sea Salt. It pours a bright orange with a fluffy white head. Initial flavors and aromas of lime are balanced by sweet biscuit, followed by a touch of salt on the finish. Manorita is a refreshing sessionable beer that will leave you wanting another and another and another…

This was created to bring the world of English Mild Ales together with American Ambers. We use 9 different types of malt together to provide you with a unique experience while still maintaining a nice balance of flavors. Aromas of caramel malt complexity and light berries come through on the nose. The flavor profile is incredibly smooth, with more caramel, along with a touch of biscuit followed by a clean finish.

The 2024 release of My Old Friend brings aromas of dark chocolate covered coffee beans, brown sugar, vanilla, toasted coconut, and hints of marshmallow in the finish. Aging five months in McClintock Bourbon barrels lends boozy bourbon and oak notes. A viscous full body, coupled with soft carbonation, brings balance to this perfect cold weather companion.

Our take on a classic German Pilsner was created using corn grown on our very own farm. Leaf Saaz, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Triple Pearl hops provide a distinct German grassiness that is followed by a touch of grain, citrus and a clean finish.

Rojo (Spanish for “red”) began as a dark farmhouse ale, but our brewers had a much greater “purpose” in mind. Aging in French Oak barrels for seven months with additions of Carménère grapes resulted in a deep garnet colored beer-wine hybrid that is full bodied and exceedingly complex. Jammy notes of strawberry, blackberry, cherry, and plum are followed by robust red wine and oak character. Salud!
