LEFT BRAIN (2019) – Imperial IPA, 8%
For our 2019 version of a West Coast IPA, we hit all the style points with a decidedly bitter classic IPA. With dank, resiny notes of grapefruit, pine, citrus rind and lemon candy, this punchy and delightfully bitter hop treat pours deep gold in color, crowned by a white head. It’s everything you crave from a west coast IPA with a bright and crisp body and a lingering hoppy finish.
RIGHT BRAIN (2019) – Imperial IPA, 8%
For our 2019 version of the popular New England Style IPA, we used spelt, wheat and flaked oats for a soft and full mouthfeel. Then we hopped it with Mosaic and Mandarina Bavaria. The resulting beer pours hazy straw yellow with a fluffy white head. Prepare for tropical and bright citrus character with aromatic notes of mango, berry, tangerine and a pronounced mandarin orange flavor.
16 oz cans. $16/4 pack, $75 case. Mixed Cases permitted
Reservations to the Taproom are not required for to-go only sales, but you should make one if you plan to hang out and/or sample.
