FIRST FRIDAYS continues with the following releases at Manor Hill Brewing…
LORE, American Wild Ale (7%)
This is our collaborative effort with our good friends from Graft Cidery out of New York. 50% cider fermented in sherry casks with brettanomyces and 50% farmhouse ale aged in oak barrels. After carefully blending, we added hundreds of pounds of blueberries before bottle conditioning. This complex meld of flavors and aromas is moderately tart with prominent notes of berry, hay and citrus fruit. $12 / 500ml Bottle
CITRA SPLENDOR (8.3%, DIPA) – Aromas of lemon peel, tangerine, and passion fruit come through on the nose with some dank undertones. The flavor profile begins with an intense hop bitterness that is complimented by slightly sweet, caramel malt in the finish.
DAY’S DONE (7.5%, IPA) – This aromatic treat will pour a hazy yellow body with a fluffy white head. We combined Pilsner malt, flaked wheat and torrified wheat for a creamy and inviting mouthfeel that still allows the hops to shine through. Loral, Palisade and El Dorado hops combine to provide you with a tropical hop burst in the nose that is followed by some tangerine and stone fruit in the flavor profile.
12 oz cans for $15 / 6-pack, $50 / case. Mixed cases permitted.
Reservations to the Taproom are not required for to-go only sales, but you should make one if you plan to hang out and/or sample. Please note that we will be CLOSED on Saturday (9/8) for a private event. So be sure to visit the farm on Friday (we are open from 4 – 8:30pm) to make sure you get these. We will re-open on Sunday (9/9) for normal hours, including samples/tours and to go sales.
