FIRST FRIDAY RELEASE: Hayes Creek

February 7 @ 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

For February FIRST FRIDAY, we’re releasing a crowd favorite.  Pucker up for Hayes Creek, our Tart Blonde Ale with Tangerine (5%). It will be available in cans and on draught beginning Friday, February 7th at 4pm.

This tart blonde ale is brewed with tangerine bringing aromas of fresh cut citrus. It will pour a slightly hazy pale orange crowned by a pillowy white head. The tartness is balanced nicely by sweet citrus fruit flavors and a crisp, refreshing finish. It is best enjoyed directly out of a can among friends and sunshine!

Our TASTING ROOM will be open Friday (4-9pm), Saturday (12-7pm), and Sunday (12-5pm) with 13 farm-brewed beers (+ our hard seltzer) on draught and multiple options in cans available to go! We have indoor seating, a covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out. We recommend bringing your own chairs and pop-up tent to find your spot on the farm.

Manor Hill Pizza Trolley will be open!

(please note the Pizza Trolley may close one hour before farm closes.)

INFO ON VISITING THE FARM

While visiting the farm, be sure to check out our agriculture in action.  Our award-winning beers may be our most well-known agricultural product, but our 54-acre working farm has so much more to offer.  In fact, the majority of our land is used for agriculture… so you can’t miss it no matter where you are on the farm!

As you enter the farm, on the right side of the driveway, you will see 14 acres of non-GMO corn. Every single beer brewed at Manor Hill uses this corn in its recipe.  On the left side of the driveway as you enter you will see our 12-acre cow pasture where we host about 20-25 Black Angus Cattle on the farm from Spring to Fall (there is an additional cattle pasture behind the residence).  Directly behind our Taproom, we have a coop with one rooster (Elvis) and approximately 30 egg-laying hens.  Next to our chicken coop is our goat enclosure featuring Mary and Gilbert, a mother and son set of Pygmy Goats.  Last, but certainly not least, is our array of gardens on the farm that produce various vegetables, fruits, and herbs used in our beer, Trolley pizza, and at our restaurants.  Informational signs on the property as well as our staff can answer any questions you have during your visit.
