FIRST FRIDAY RELEASE: Hayes Creek

February 6 @ 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Kickoff FeBREWary’s FIRST FRIDAY, with the release of a crowd favorite at Manor Hill. Pucker up for Hayes Creek, our Tart Blonde Ale with Tangerine (5%). It will be available in cans and on draught beginning Friday, February 6th at 4pm.  Plus… LIVE MUSIC from Jon Watkins from 5-8pm!

This tart blonde ale is brewed with tangerine bringing aromas of fresh cut citrus. It will pour a slightly hazy pale orange crowned by a pillowy white head. The tartness is balanced nicely by sweet citrus fruit flavors and a crisp, refreshing finish. It is best enjoyed directly out of a can among friends and sunshine!

The Farm & Taproom will have 13 farm-brewed beers (+ our hard seltzer) on draught and multiple options in cans available to go.  All seating on the Farm is first come, first served.  We have indoor seating, a large covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out. There are several picnic tables in our field, but we also encourage you to bring your own chairs or even a portable (10×10) pop-up tent for shade and find your new favorite spot with friends.

Our Farm Stand (conveniently located behind the bar) is constantly evolving and is sure to have some locally produced items for sale, including staples like Manor Hill Farm Pickles, Relish, Jellies and more.

Manor Hill Pizza Trolley will be closed due to the unforeseen impact of winter weather on our outdoor Trolley’s operations.   We have been working hard to get it repaired and re-open (planned re-opening is Friday February 20!).  You are welcome to bring food or order delivery.  Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

INFO ON VISITING THE FARM

While visiting the farm, be sure to check out our agriculture in action.  Our award-winning beers may be our most well-known agricultural product, but our 54-acre working farm has so much more to offer.  In fact, the majority of our land is used for agriculture… so you can’t miss it no matter where you are on the farm!

As you enter the farm, on the right side of the driveway, you will see 14 acres of non-GMO corn. Every single beer brewed at Manor Hill uses this corn in its recipe.  On the left side of the driveway as you enter you will see our 12-acre cow pasture where we host about 20-25 Black Angus Cattle on the farm from Spring to Fall (there is an additional cattle pasture behind the residence).  Directly behind our Taproom, we have a coop with approximately 30 egg-laying hens.  Next to our chicken coop is our goat enclosure featuring Mary and Gilbert, a mother and son set of Pygmy Goats.  Last, but certainly not least, is our array of gardens on the farm that produce various vegetables, fruits, and herbs used in our beer, Trolley pizza, and at our restaurants.  Informational signs on the property as well as our staff can answer any questions you have during your visit.

Note that our Pizza Trolley & other food trucks may close one hour before the farm closes.  Please check back regularly as this schedule can change as the date approaches.
