7.3% ABV, 60 IBU
For our eighth installment in this limited hop series, we introduced copious amounts of Comet in the boil and dry-hop along with Citra and Galaxy. A British Maris Otter malt base is accompanied by oats and a touch of wheat to provide a smooth, creamy body. The aroma is moderately grassy with some citrus fruit undertones that meld into notes of grapefruit zest and papaya in the flavor profile.
