Manor Light Release

Introducing Manor Light, our newest release created in response to your feedback and the changing beer landscape. This is a beer that feels classic and familiar, yet fresh enough for today. It calls back to what your dad kept in the fridge in the garage, yet it fits the way you live today… someone who is active, mindful, and paying attention to what goes into their body. It’s bright, crisp, easy to drink and made specifically for those who want balance without compromise.
This first small batch of Manor Light releases at the farm on Friday December 19 in both cans and on draught. We hope it grows into something bigger, but even more, we hope you enjoy every sip while it is here.
All seating on the Farm is first come, first served. We have indoor seating, a large covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out. There are several picnic tables in our field, but we also encourage you to bring your own chairs or even a portable (10×10) pop-up tent for shade and find your new favorite spot with friends (if you bring a tent, don’t forget the weights/stakes).
Manor Hill Pizza Trolley will be open all weekend with Neapolitan-style brick oven pizzas, snacks, salads, and more!
(please note the Pizza Trolley may close one hour before farm closes.)
While visiting the farm, be sure to check out our agriculture in action. Our award-winning beers may be our most well-known agricultural product, but our 54-acre working farm has so much more to offer. In fact, the majority of our land is used for agriculture… so you can’t miss it no matter where you are on the farm!
As you enter the farm, on the right side of the driveway, you will see 14 acres of non-GMO corn. Every single beer brewed at Manor Hill uses this corn in its recipe. On the left side of the driveway as you enter you will see our 12-acre cow pasture where we host about 20-25 Black Angus Cattle on the farm from Spring to Fall (there is an additional cattle pasture behind the residence). Directly behind our Taproom, we have a coop with approximately 30 egg-laying hens. Next to our chicken coop is our goat enclosure featuring Mary and Gilbert, a mother and son set of Pygmy Goats. Last, but certainly not least, is our array of gardens on the farm that produce various vegetables, fruits, and herbs used in our beer, Trolley pizza, and at our restaurants. Informational signs on the property as well as our staff can answer any questions you have during your visit.
Note that our Pizza Trolley & other food trucks may close one hour before the farm closes. Please check back regularly as this schedule can change as the date approaches.
