Rumpleweizen Release

Our TASTING ROOM will be open Friday (4-9pm), Saturday (12-7pm) and Sunday (12-7pm) with 13 farm-brewed beers (+ our hard seltzer) on draught and multiple options in cans available to go! We have indoor seating, a covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out.

Beginning Friday (10/13), we will be releasing Rumpleweizen… our Barrel-Aged Collab with Monument City!  It will be available in limited 12oz cans (4 packs) and limited draught.

For this cool weather collab with our friends from Monument City, we took our Weizenbock base and patiently waited while it aged in Blackstrap Molasses Rum Barrels for 4 months. The resulting deep amber brew (clocking in at 10% ABV) initially brings notes of dark fruit, caramel, and toffee, as well as rich spice cake and dessert bread spices. This is all balanced by molasses, vanilla, wood character, and a pleasant rum-like sweetness from the barrels. So just like the fairytale namesake of this beer (Rumpelstiltskin), our brewers have spun some grain into pure gold.
