European Series: Weizenbock Release
September 22 - September 24
Our TASTING ROOM will be open Friday (4-9pm), Saturday (12-7pm) and Sunday (12-7pm) with 13 farm-brewed beers (+ our hard seltzer) on draught and multiple options in cans available to go! We have indoor seating, a covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out.
Beginning Friday (9/23), we will be releasing our Weizenbock! And while it is part of our European Series, it is small batch and draught only.
Weizenbock is a bigger bolder version of the more familiar Dunkelweiss, and the next small batch (draught only) release under our European Series. True to style, it pours a deep hazy copper with light tan foam. A perfectly balanced combination German malts and Hefeweizen yeast brings notes of banana, clove, raisin, dark caramel, and even the slightest hint of holiday spices. This medium-bodied malty fall treat finishes with low bitterness and the appropriate touch of sweetness. The perfect accompaniment to Dark Beer Season!
