First Friday Release of Grisette
March 7 @ 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Friday, March 7th marks the next First Friday celebration at the farm. And we are bringing back one of our original core brews for a limited time – GRISETTE! This crowd favorite is now tucked into our Euro Series (after a long run in our core portfolio) and will be available in cans and on draught at the farm beginning at 4pm on 3/7.
Grisette (4.7% ABV) – Our take on this classic Belgian farmhouse ale is incredibly light and sessionable with subtle hop flavor. A fluffy white head crowns this straw colored brew. Aromas of tropical fruit and lemongrass come through on the nose. Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc hops combine to provide lots of juicy citrus fruit followed by a very dry finish.
Our TASTING ROOM will be open Friday (4-9pm), Saturday (12-7pm), and Sunday (12-7pm) with 13 farm-brewed beers (+ our hard seltzer) on draught and multiple options in cans available to go! We have indoor seating, a covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out. We recommend bringing your own chairs and pop-up tent to find your spot on the farm.
Manor Hill Pizza Trolley will be open!
(please note the Pizza Trolley may close one hour before farm closes.)
While visiting the farm, be sure to check out our agriculture in action. Our award-winning beers may be our most well-known agricultural product, but our 54-acre working farm has so much more to offer. In fact, the majority of our land is used for agriculture… so you can’t miss it no matter where you are on the farm!
As you enter the farm, on the right side of the driveway, you will see 14 acres of non-GMO corn. Every single beer brewed at Manor Hill uses this corn in its recipe. On the left side of the driveway as you enter you will see our 12-acre cow pasture where we host about 20-25 Black Angus Cattle on the farm from Spring to Fall (there is an additional cattle pasture behind the residence). Directly behind our Taproom, we have a coop with one rooster (Elvis) and approximately 30 egg-laying hens. Next to our chicken coop is our goat enclosure featuring Mary and Gilbert, a mother and son set of Pygmy Goats. Last, but certainly not least, is our array of gardens on the farm that produce various vegetables, fruits, and herbs used in our beer, Trolley pizza, and at our restaurants. Informational signs on the property as well as our staff can answer any questions you have during your visit.
Note that our Pizza Trolley & other food trucks may close one hour before the farm closes. Please check back regularly as this schedule can change as the date approaches.
