FIRST FRIDAY RELEASE: Ill Manor’d Mother

It’s FIRST FRIDAY, so we are releasing a brand new beer! Ill Manor’d Mother (Cold Brewed Coffee Imperial Stout) is a collab with our friends at Olde Mother Brewing in Frederick, MD. There are few things better in December than coffee, beer, and good friends. We managed to capture all of them in this collaboration with our friends at Olde Mother Brewing in Frederick. Its name is a portmanteau of our brewery names, with some added edginess brought on by Dublin Coffee’s medium roast Costa Rican blend. It pours jet black with a frothy cappuccino colored foam. Strong aromas of black coffee, dark chocolate, and a hint of caramel highlight this full bodied, sneaky strong (9%) beer. The slight bitterness in the finish is a not so subtle nod to the cold brew coffee that inspired this beer.

Our TASTING ROOM has 13 farm-brewed beers (+ our hard seltzer) on draught and multiple options in cans available to go! We have indoor seating, a heated/covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out. We recommend bringing your own chairs and pop-up tent to spread out.
Our repurposed and restored PIZZA TROLLEY from Old Ellicott City will be open from 4pm-8pm offering Neapolitan-style pizzas baked in our custom-built brick oven.
