Neighbor Appreciation Day

September 25 @ 4:00 pm-9:00 pm

Manor Hill is committed to having a positive impact on the community, through responsible and sustainable farming practices, by supporting local charities and schools, and by providing a place where our immediate and extended neighbors can recreate with their families and friends.  As a thank you to those who live on Manor Lane, we’re celebrating “National Neighbor Day” (it’s a thing) with an appreciation event on Friday Night (9/25).  We are offering a 50% discount on all draught beers for our neighbors on Manor Lane.  Just show an ID with your address (or it’s likely we already know you by name)… and enjoy camaraderie with our staff and your fellow Manor Lane residents over a locally crafted draught beer.

Our Farm & Taproom will be open with 14 taps featuring farm-brewed beers, hard seltzer, and non-alcoholic hop water, plus multiple options in cans available to go. All seating on the Farm is first come, first served.  We have indoor seating, a large covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out. There are several picnic tables in our field, but we also encourage you to bring your own chairs or even a portable (10×10) pop-up tent for shade and find your new favorite spot with friends.

Our Farm Stand (conveniently located behind the bar) is constantly evolving and is sure to have some locally produced items for sale, including staples like Manor Hill Farm Pickles, Relish, Jellies and more.

Manor Hill Pizza Trolley will be open with brick-oven Neapolitan pizzas, salads, snacks, novelty ice creams, and more!
(please note the Pizza Trolley may close one hour before farm closes.)

INFO ON VISITING THE FARM

While visiting the farm, be sure to check out our agriculture in action.  Our award-winning beers may be our most well-known agricultural product, but our 54-acre working farm has so much more to offer.  In fact, the majority of our land is used for agriculture… so you can’t miss it no matter where you are on the farm!

As you enter the farm, on the right side of the driveway, you will see 14 acres of non-GMO corn. Every single beer brewed at Manor Hill uses this corn in its recipe.  On the left side of the driveway as you enter you will see our 12-acre cow pasture where we host about 20-25 Black Angus Cattle on the farm from Spring to Fall (there is an additional cattle pasture behind the residence).  Directly behind our Taproom, we have a coop with approximately 30 egg-laying hens.  Next to our chicken coop is our goat enclosure featuring Mary and Gilbert, a mother and son set of Pygmy Goats.  Last, but certainly not least, is our array of gardens on the farm that produce various vegetables, fruits, and herbs used in our beer, Trolley pizza, and at our restaurants.  Informational signs on the property as well as our staff can answer any questions you have during your visit.
