Limite Saison Release

March 27 @ 4:00 pm-9:00 pm

Beginning at 4pm on Friday March 27, we are releasing a brand new beer – Limite Saison from our Euro Series!

Limite Saison is more than just a new beer, it’s the first step in shaping our 2026 lineup. Limité Saison helped re-seed our barrel program, with a portion already resting in wine barrels and beginning its evolution into future hybrid farmhouse ales. What remains is being released now, offering a glimpse of the base beer before it transforms.

The Farm will be open Friday (4-9pm), Saturday (12-7pm) and Sunday (12-7pm) with 13 farm-brewed beers (+ our hard seltzer) on draught and multiple options in cans available to go!

LIMITE SAISON (7%) – A small-batch release with a bigger purpose, Limite Saison served as the foundation for re-seeding our barrel-aging program in what will soon become a series of hybrid, wine-influenced farmhouse ales. What remains is this limited draft only release.  Brewed in the spirit of traditional Belgian farmhouse ales, this Saison pours a hazy pale gold with a soft, pillowy head. Expressive fermentation leads the way, offering layers of subtle fruit, light spice, and a gentle rustic character. Notes of white grape, stone fruit, and a touch of citrus drift into a dry, peppery finish that invites another sip.

All seating on the Farm is first come, first served.  We have indoor seating, a large covered tent, and plenty of outdoor space to spread out. There are several picnic tables in our field, but we also encourage you to bring your own chairs or even a portable (10×10) pop-up tent for shade and find your new favorite spot with friends (if you bring a tent, don’t forget the weights/stakes).

Manor Hill Pizza Trolley will be open all weekend with Neapolitan-style brick oven pizzas, snacks, salads, and more!
(please note the Pizza Trolley may close one hour before farm closes.)

INFO ON VISITING THE FARM

While visiting the farm, be sure to check out our agriculture in action.  Our award-winning beers may be our most well-known agricultural product, but our 54-acre working farm has so much more to offer.  In fact, the majority of our land is used for agriculture… so you can’t miss it no matter where you are on the farm!

As you enter the farm, on the right side of the driveway, you will see 14 acres of non-GMO corn. Every single beer brewed at Manor Hill uses this corn in its recipe.  On the left side of the driveway as you enter you will see our 12-acre cow pasture where we host about 20-25 Black Angus Cattle on the farm from Spring to Fall (there is an additional cattle pasture behind the residence).  Directly behind our Taproom, we have a coop with approximately 30 egg-laying hens.  Next to our chicken coop is our goat enclosure featuring Mary and Gilbert, a mother and son set of Pygmy Goats.  Last, but certainly not least, is our array of gardens on the farm that produce various vegetables, fruits, and herbs used in our beer, Trolley pizza, and at our restaurants.  Informational signs on the property as well as our staff can answer any questions you have during your visit.
